Each year, the Milwaukee Chapter of the National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI) hosts the “Remodeler of the Year” Awards, recognizing member companies that demonstrate excellence in home remodeling and home improvement. We are proud to share that our work was recognized once again in 2026, along with individual and committee honors.
Our Top Award!
Remodeler of the Year: Residential Exterior $50,000-$100,000, Bronze
After years of enduring Wisconsin’s harsh weather, the home was ready for a thoughtful exterior refresh. The homeowners, a hardworking farming couple in their sixties, wanted to preserve the character and history of their farmhouse while creating a more durable, low-maintenance exterior for the years ahead.
Working closely with the homeowners, our team developed a plan that balanced tradition with modern performance. We replaced the aging exterior and windows throughout the property, installing new siding, soffits, fascia, gutters, entry doors, and custom-trimmed windows. These updates created a cohesive and polished look between the main home and the detached garage.
To enhance natural light inside the home, three windows were reconfigured, brightening key living spaces. A rich, deep-blue siding paired with crisp white trim highlights the home’s gables and reinforces its classic farmhouse charm. The finished result is a timeless exterior that honors the home’s roots while providing improved durability, efficiency, and ease of maintenance.
Our hard work and dedication to delivering on the homeowners’ needs and our superior craftsmanship all contributed to this successful award-winning project. Learn more about this project here.
