Since 1969, Allrite Home & Remodeling has been helping families across southeastern Wisconsin protect, improve, and love their homes. For more than 50 years, we’ve specialized in exterior remodeling and insulation, always guided by the same mission: treat every home like it’s our own and every customer like family.
Now, we’re excited to share that we are extending our services to include basement remodeling, with the acquisition of Buck Buckley’s Total Basement Finishing!
For decades, we’ve been known for making homes stronger, safer, and more efficient from the outside in. With this new division, we can now help families reimagine what’s possible inside their homes, too, unlocking the potential of unfinished or outdated basements – and turning them into warm, functional, and inviting living spaces with materials designed to withstand our humid climate.
Whether you’ve dreamed of a family game room, a home office, a guest suite, or simply more usable space, Allrite Total Basement Finishing is ready to make it happen!
This new chapter is more than an expansion of services, it’s a chance for us to serve homeowners in an even bigger way. From the basement to the roof, we are excited to help families get even more out of their homes.
“For three generations, our family has built a reputation on quality craftsmanship and customer care – likely the same values that made you choose Total Basement Finishing for your home. We purchased this business because it shares our commitment to high-quality materials and exceptional service. You can expect that same level of excellence across everything we do – from basements to insulation, exteriors, and beyond.”
– Jordan Miller, third-generation owner of the Allrite family of brands
Milwaukee Home Remodeling Business Acquires Lannon-Based Basement Finishing Business
Milwaukee (Sept. 8, 2025) – Allrite Home & Remodeling, a Milwaukee-based, family-owned remodeling company that was founded in 1969, has acquired Buck Buckley’s Total Basement Finishing. Allrite is led by Randy Miller, MCR, UDCP, and his son Jordan Miller, CRS, who represent the second and third generations in the business.
Randy estimates the expansion into basement remodeling will increase Allrite’s business by 25%. Most importantly, the company will be able to offer “top to bottom” services. Allrite specializes in roofing, gutters, siding, windows, doors, insulation and now basement finishing. Allrite Total Basement Finishing (TBF) will serve Milwaukee, Waukesha, Washington, Ozaukee and Kenosha counties, which are the same areas Allrite Home & Remodeling already covers.
“I am thankful to be handing over the reins to Randy and his team since they have been running a successful home improvement business for a lot longer than I have,” said Scot “Buck” Bradley. “Randy is the type of leader who can see what is working well and build on it and, at the same time, find the areas that need improvement and work to make those better.”
Flood Response
Since acquiring TBF in mid-August, the Allrite team is already busy responding to a heavy volume of customer inquiries due to the recent flooding.
“Total Basement Finishing has a turnkey system of carefully selected water-resistant products that help keep basements dry and healthy,” explains Randy. “The package includes insulated wall panels (not drywall), durable flooring that allows air to circulate so moisture isn’t trapped under it, no-sag ceilings and a powerful, energy-efficient SaniDry dehumidifier that’s industry leading.”
The package of waterproof items makes basements less prone to water damage. As part of its commitment to creating clean and healthy living environments, Allrite is a Healthy Home Certified Contractor with Step Beyond Green to Healthy, a nonprofit which encourages healthier indoor environments.
