After years of facing Wisconsin’s weather, this farmhouse was ready for an exterior refresh. The homeowners, a hardworking farming couple in their sixties, wanted to preserve their home’s history while making it easier to maintain for years to come.
Together, we planned an exterior remodel that respected their roots and added modern comfort. Our crew replaced the aging exterior and windows across the property with new siding, soffits, gutters, fascia, entry doors, and custom-trimmed windows, creating a cohesive look between the main home and the detached garage.
To brighten their living spaces, we reconfigured three windows to let in more natural light. The homeowners chose a rich, deep-blue siding paired with crisp white trim to highlight the home’s gables and bring out its classic farmhouse charm. The result is a refreshed, low-maintenance home that feels both timeless and new.
