Located on an idyllic setting on a lake, this property was owned by a woman who enjoyed sharing the retreat with her children and grandchildren. With improved visual aesthetics plus added functionality, energy efficiency and protection from the elements, we helped her turn the dated, dilapidated vacation property into an enjoyable, low-maintenance lakefront gathering place that she envisioned.
Exterior renovations for both the home and detached garage included removal and replacement of: windows, patio door, roof, ventilation, gutters and siding.
