These homeowners loved the natural look and earthy-color palette of their home, but after years of Wisconsin weather, the original cedar siding was starting to show its age. They wanted an exterior update that would preserve the character of the home while giving them something more durable and easier to maintain for the long haul.
We replaced the weather-worn cedar with LP® ExpertFinish® siding in Garden Sage, paired with LP trim in Sand Dunes for a warm, clean contrast that stayed true to the home’s original style. The homeowners were drawn to the authentic wood-look texture of LP siding, but also appreciated the added durability and peace of mind that comes with engineered wood designed to stand up to harsh weather, resist moisture and impact, and help deter issues like woodpeckers.
To complete the transformation, we installed new aluminum soffits and fascia to further reduce exterior maintenance and improve long-term performance. The finished result gives the home a refreshed, cohesive appearance with the timeless look the homeowners always loved, now backed by the low-maintenance benefits and 15-year fade warranty of LP ExpertFinish siding.
