Every year, the Milwaukee Chapter of the National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI) hosts the “Remodeler of the Year” Awards. These awards recognize member companies that have demonstrated excellence in home remodeling and home improvement.
This year, at the 2024/2025 NARI Milwaukee Remodeler of the Year Awards, we are proud to receive a Silver Award for our work on this gorgeous home in Hartland, Wisconsin. The project category: Residential Exterior over $200,000.
The stately 3,700 sq. ft. lakeside home and its outbuildings received a dramatic exterior upgrade with new roofing, siding, windows, doors and more. Previously a drab, dated 1990s icon, the striking new color palette and stone veneer give this impressive property even great stature. Durable, low-maintenance materials ensure minimal upkeep and maximum protection from the elements. Other upgrades to the home include installing three sets of larger windows for increased natural light and connection to its wooded, nature-laden setting.
Our hard work and dedication to delivering on the homeowners’ needs and our superior craftsmanship all contributed to this successful award-winning project. Learn more about this project here.
