From the sales team to the office staff to our installation crews – rest assured that your home is in great hands. When you choose Allrite, you’re more than a customer. You become part of the family. Our 11-point process ensures that your project is done right from start to finish.
1.
The contract arrives in our office, and we generate a thank you letter to communicate the next steps and suggestions prior to the work being started.
2.
We then place the materials order. When we receive acknowledgement of the order, the office and salesperson carefully check the statement to make sure the details are correct.
3.
For customized items for your project, we will need approval before ordering.
4.
Once all materials are received, we will contact you for a convenient time for delivery and installation.
5.
On the first day of the project, the on-site foreman will contact you to answer any questions you might have.
6.
Rest assured that the salesperson and the office are constantly communicating the progress. The salesperson will also stop by to verify that it is exactly how it was communicated and expected of our company.
7.
When the project is completed, please walk around with the foreman to make sure you are completely satisfied.
8.
Before the final payment, the salesperson will walk around to make sure it is to our satisfaction as well; including cleanup and workmanship.
9.
All waivers and warranties will be sent after final payment clears.
10.
Annually for five years, we will remind you to look at our work and if any adjustments are needed, please contact us.
11.
